Trendyol, Hepsiburada and N11. Product management, direct carrier integrations, other marketplaces and other sales channels are not yet available.
Yes. e-Arşiv and e-Fatura are Turkish tax-authority e-invoice systems. You use your own integrator account. Only Hepsiburada's e-Faturam is supported for now. Invoices are issued in your name.
You get 7 extra days after the trial ends. If payment is not made, the account becomes view-only: you cannot create or change records, and syncing stops. Your data is never deleted.
Permanent files such as invoice documents and return evidence count towards the 5 GB. Invoices are always kept.
You don't need a carrier contract to use Tezgah. The carrier, tracking number and status come from the marketplace. Tezgah doesn't need a carrier contract either.
